Open Eye Campaign for Early Years Education

Further to the article in last week's newsletter, it seems that there is now a real opportunity to influence the impact on our school and the Early Years Foundation Stage legislation (EYFS). A government Select Committee will be hearing the concerns over some aspects of the legislation, e.g. the prescriptive use of phonics, from the Open EYE campaign and other concerned groups.
